Cisco ICM Hints and Tricks
So, I have been doing a lot of research at my job about ICM and other fun telephony stuff that I decided to place a section on my site dedicated to it. I figure if I can give back some of the knowledge that I have learned from the hell that I have been going through then so be it. I will be posting periodic information on tricks and hints to help the ICM administrators, developers and other telephony gurus with this product.
I hope that these tips can be useful and help increase the level of documentation on the subject. I don’t know if anyone with read this, but I would just like to place it out there.

Do you know here can I take a course in Cisco ICM in Houston? Jobs within the airline (Sr Telephony Applications Analyst) industry require this information. I am actively pursuing work in this field.
