Today I am attending the PostX Sales Engineering Training session. It covers 3 days and tons of information. I am really enjoying listening to the Sales team discuss how the product can be targeted into the various market places and how the Sales team are going to use different techinques for selling the product in the various regions. I have been doing a tone of reading on cryptology and am learning an amazing amount of information of how to use various techinques for encryption. I have also found some interesting sites in the process.

I am going to catch up on some stuff that I have need to do for a while. I am going to de-weed my front garden and plant some additional flowers. Go to the park with Liam and bring to the dog to play. I am also going to start to catalog the ton of pictures of Liam and company. I am also going to post a bunch of pictures of him to the site. Carolyn has been printing out a ton of pictures and placing them in a couple of albums. I just remembered that I have to pick up some more frames for the living room, so we can hang a bunch of larger pictures of my son. That really isn’t that lazy is it but in my life it is very nice and relaxing.

I am having a great time working here at PostX. I am really enjoying working with the product and trying different things out. Right now I am building a linux verison of the product in VMWare and doing some testing. I have really fallen back into the swing of things and getting into the spirt of the company.
In other new, Liam is getting bigger and bigger everyday. Carolyn and I really enjoying Liam and he is great. He has had a cold lately with the springtime weather hit him pretty hard. The pollen is effecting all of us. I have to get back and finsh some stuff up before I go home.

I started my new job today. It has been crazy from the first moment that I entered the door. I am setting up my laptop rigth now. I just installed my cygwin and cvs. I am reading a ton of docs. I have already been in a conference call with a customer and I have another call this afternoon. I am really happy to be here and I really like everyone that I have met so far. I am going to grab some lunch now and then it is back to work. This is great. I am so happy to be involved with this company and I am really glad that I took the job.

I have really taken a reverse in my music. I have always listen to many types of music but I have found this band that was suggested to me called Nickel Creek. They are a crazy mixture of Country, Rock, Folk, Bluegrass, Rock, Classical, etc. Very cool stuff. I know that Alex will love it. Go get the album it is called “This Side”
. The Album is produced by Alison Krauss. It is just amazing.
