If I can be envious of any person out there it is Alex. He has taken the jump into the world of self employment and done rather well. He has just release (well last week) new versions of his Task and Task Pro product. I am always constantly impressed with the work that Alex has done. Task has to be one of the most amazing project management application that I have used. The new version has some amazing features: recurring tasks, task templates, favorites, new themes and PHP 5 compatibility. In Tasks Pro, version 1.5 brings a new admin interface including a user permissions management screen and an option to inherit task groups from a parent task when creating sub-tasks. If you need something to help with your project or team management like I do then this is the one. He has also finally redesigned his company website which you can see information about here.

I have been really busy as of late. I just flew back from Louisville, KY and boy are my arms tired. I know that is bad and not even funny but that is ok. Well, were to start. I guess I can just break this into a couple of different post and that may be easier. Yeah, that will work… so stay tuned for my next set of posts.

I have just downloaded the latest version of WordPress. I was just looking at my site and realize it has been over 1 year that I have had the same look and also the same version of WordPress. I am running 1.0.1 and I just downloaded 1.5. Ouch, I hope that this upgrade won’t be to much. I am also going to redesign the look and feel while I am at it. I just also downloaded the Zend Studio and Server for PHP. It is very cool and it should make the upgrade a little bit easier.

All I have to say is Kaki King. She is the most amazing guitarist.. a cross between late great Michael Hedges and the great Ani DiFranco. I will have to go and see her play very soon. I am going to go and purchase the album also. I have found al few site with some live downloads and she rocks. Here is her latest video: Playing With Pink Noise
