Well, I am still in OKC (Oklahoma City, OK) working on the same installation that I have been working on for awhile. There is nothing more aggravating than working on project that you have no control over. We are plagued by bureaucracy. I have spent most of my time tracking down people and following up on tasks. There are so many issues that still need to be resolved and I have to catch a plan on Friday mid-day to get out of here. While I am here in OKC, I had a chance to see the Memorial for the OKC bombing. It was very touching and gave me a real sense of the pain felt by this city. It is really a beautiful tribute. I will post some pictures that I took with my Sony TH55, the only camera I have with me. I also had a chance to get out and see the rest of Oklahoma. It is quite a beautiful place. There is a sense of endlessness. You can see to the ends of the earth. It is really amazing. I have to run to a meeting and will write more tonight.

I had to travel to Oklahoma City on business and I am tired. I really hate traveling!!! I just don’t like being away from Carolyn and Liam. I will be back home soon but not soon enough. I wish I didn’t have to travel but I do. I really love coming home and seeing Liam and Carolyn waiting for me. I love all the time I get to spend with them. I love to watch Liam grow and I just can’t explain the amount of love I have for them both. I just can’t wait to get home and give them a big hug and a kiss.

This weekend was good in that Liam, Carolyn and I went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Liam (I believe) had a good time and was really interested in everything. It is really great that he can walk now. He really loves to explore. The bad part was he was really sick on Saturday night. I felt so bad for him, all you can do is hold and comfort him. He is really wonderful because even when he feels bad, he tries to stay in a good mood. He is such a great kid. I am very lucky to have him and Carolyn.

So, I really don’ t have much to say today. I have been milling about this morning becuase our email server is down. It is really amazing on how dependent we have become on email. Work comes to a halt and people look lost. I am working on a enhancement for a project that I have been building. I have so much work to do today and I have to send about a dozen email out this morning and I am awaiting about a dozen to come in. Arrggghhh.
