Right now I am finally taking a much need moment to myself. I am sitting here listening to KaKi King on my 1GB iPod Shuffle and staring at my to-do list in despair. I have a couple of project that have been hanging around and not getting done. Everything else is just a fire that needs to be handle right now. I have a couple of PHP project for my own personal gain that I need to work on and then there are some documents that I have writing for work to make my life easier. One thing I have been doing a big chunk of lately is Jython, we have a component of our product that uses Jython and it is fun. I love Python and Jython is just that much better. It just has some really strange syntax sometime, i.e. convert an element of an array to a string a.toString() (like java) then find a char in string a.find() (like python). I love though because it is pretty powerful, I use it for MIME message manipulation. Very cool stuff. I have also become more dependant on my Sony Clie (Best Palm PDA ever) TH55 and I love it. After I got my BlackBerry 7100t the poor TH55 was neglected. Then I realized that the PIM on the BlackBerry sucks. Well, my Clie is happy again and so am I. Time to get back to work and get ready for the weekend.
